Depression

Depression impacts millennials more than any other generation. It affects one in four millennials in their twenties, compared to one in four baby boomers in their seventies. And each generation sandwiched in between the boomers and millennials have reached those numbers at an earlier age. It is the result of an ever-modernizing society taking us farther from the lifestyle for which our genes are adapted, including hard work, time outdoors, and a healthy sense of community.
