A remarkable remedy for depression with an effective rate equal to that of pharmaceuticals has been discovered: meditation—an old practice for a new pandemic. So much rigorous research has been conducted that shows a clear link between practicing meditation and reducing depression and anxiety, that it is finally commonly accepted in neuroscience.
